GSS Warranty
GSS warrants their products to be free from defects for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase. Any product found defective in materials and/or workmanship during the two (2) year warranty period will be replaced at no cost.
GSS warrants that their remanufactured/compatible imaging supplies, under normal use, will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any equipment for which the consumable was intended.
Any claim that the use of GSS remanufactured/compatible imaging supplies directly resulted in damage to equipment must be verified with satisfactory evidence that the GSS product was directly responsible for any such damage or failure. Any such claim must include a written statement on the service company's letterhead, signed by an authorized representative of the service company. Upon satisfactory verification, GSS will provide reimbursement for the directly related service cost.
This warranty becomes null and void if the warranted cartridge is disassembled in any way, or if the cartridge is handled, stored, or used in any manner considered abnormal.
Liability under this warranty shall be limited to the replacement or reimbursement as defined herein. No other expressed or implied warranty shall exist.
GSS imaging supplies are guaranteed to perform at a level that meets or exceeds OEM standards.
GSS items can be returned in-store. Return freight cost will be covered for online orders. OEM cartridges are final sale.

We stand behind the performance and reliability of every Thunder Battery. Below is everything you need to know about your warranty coverage.
What's Covered:
Thunder Battery products are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the warranty period specified on each battery label and in our pricing documentation.
When Coverage Begins:
Your warranty starts from the original purchase date.
For your convenience:
✔ All receipts are securely stored for customers who create an account
✔ No need to worry about losing proof of purchase
What We'll Do:
If your battery meets the warranty conditions:
- ✔ It will be replaced free of charge
- ✔ Prorated warranty applied to retail price after free replacement term ends
- ✔ Prorated Warranty Replacement is provided at the sole discretion of Thunder Battery
- ✔ Warranty replacements are limited to one per battery
⚠️ What's Not Covered
The following situations are not covered under warranty:
- Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable

Misuse or neglect, including:
- Shorting terminals
- Improper maintenance
- Failure to maintain water levels (for serviceable batteries)
- Improper charging or long-term storage leading to sulfation
- Physical damage or abuse

Environmental or external damage, including:
- Lightning, fire, hail, collision, explosion
- Vandalism or theft

Improper installation or use, including:
- Reverse polarity
- Overcharging or undercharging
- Deep discharge from parasitic loads
- Improper handling, such as lifting or carrying by terminals
- Use in applications the battery was not designed for
- Batteries with an open circuit voltage (OCV) ≤ 10.5V, which are considered over-discharged and void due to misuse or neglect
Testing & Evaluation:
To ensure accurate warranty assessment:
- Starting batteries are tested using a carbon pile load tester
- Deep cycle batteries are tested using a discharge tester
All warranty claims are thoroughly evaluated using industry-standard methods.
Final Determination
If Thunder Battery or our partners determines—at sole discretion—that a battery is defective due to materials or workmanship, it will be honoured.
